SANFORD, N.C. - Sixteen individuals are among the most recent graduates of the Central Carolina Community College Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) program.

The graduates are Darin Bryan Candelario, Cathy Leigh Click, Christian Blair Dickens, Cody Christopher Elsis, Kevin Michael Ivey, Kiara Jasmyne Johnson, Jacob Mark Keehn, Jayson Joseph Mabe, Dylan Lamb O’Daniel, Michaela Sue Shaw, Nicholas Gregory Slagle, Addison Judy Stupsky, Tyler Anthony Toro, Douglas N. Tucker, Luis D. Vargas-Aldecoa, and Bryson Helmut Christof Warner.

A ceremony to honor the graduates was held April 9 at the E. Eugene Moore Manufacturing and Biotech Solutions Center in Sanford, N.C.

Guest speaker was Bruce Dale, Retired Lieutenant, Cary Police Department. Tracy Painter Kelly, 十大足彩平台 BLET Program Director, Public Safety, awarded graduation certification. Class response was by Cathy Click. Presentation of Colors was by the Chatham County Honor Guard.

Several of the graduates were recognized for outstanding achievement during their training. They were: Fastest Police Officers Physical Abilities Test (POPAT) - Chase/ Apprehension – Tyler Toro; Fastest Police Officers Physical Abilities Test (POPAT) - Rescue – Tyler Toro; Jimmy Collins Award – Bryson Warner; Highest Class Average – Bryson Warner; and Highest State Exam – Bryson Warner.

Class sponsors were the Broadway Police Department, Chatham County Sheriff’s Office, Harnett County Sheriff’s Office, Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Sanford Police Department, and UNC Chapel Hill Police Department.
