The E. Eugene Moore Manufacturing and Biotech Solutions Center is a one-of-a-kind, world-class education resource focused on addressing the workforce needs of advanced manufacturing and biotechnology. It currently houses the college’s CDL, forklift, and manufacturing maintenance fundamentals programs. Future plans include a 10,000 sq. ft. Biotechnology building, as well as expanded programs in computer integrated machining, industrial automation, welding, robotics, and 3D printing/additive manufacturing among others within the 180,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building. The facility will also accommodate soft landing spaces for new and expanding industries as they grow in the region.
