The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires that postsecondary educational institutions that participate in Title IV, a federal student financial assistance program, and have an intercollegiate athletic program, prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues, and expenses, by men's and women's teams. Institutions are required to publish this report and make it available upon request to current students, prospective students, and the public in an easily accessible place.
